  • Philip Robinson MBChB PhD FRACP is a senior staff specialist at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and is associate professor at the University of Queensland Faculty of Medicine. He holds a PhD in the genetics of ankylosing spondylitis and anterior uveitis. He sits on the board of the Australian Rheumatology Association. He the chair of the steering committee for the COVID-19 Global Rheumatology Alliance. His research interests include axial spondyloarthritis, gout and the interaction of rheum atic disease and COVID-19.
