Andrew Harrison is a graduate of the University of Otago and undertook his training in rheumatology in Wellington and London. He completed his PhD at the Royal Postgraduate Medical School, University of London. He is an associate professor of Medicine at University of Otago Wellington and is Clinical Leader of Research at Capital & Coast DHB. He practices rheumatology at the Wellington Regional Rheumatology Unit and has a private practice at the Bowen Centre, Crofton Downs and in Waikanae. He has been using ultrasound in clinic since 2006 and is a member of the NZRA Ultrasound SIG steering committee.
